I developed a body of work which was with theatrical in it’s visual impact and skilful in it’s design. This creative concept was a powerful construction and powerful in it’s political message. I exhibited a costume art installation, theatrical display and performance.

I am Eliza Glapinska, a Textiles Specialist, Theatrical Costume Maker with expertise in Costume Construction Design. I provide bespoke Tailoring, Dressmaking, Re-design & Alterations, Specialising in Heavy Tailoring, Vintage Clothes and Costume Construction Design.

I work with all gender types and sizes. My background gives gives me a unique understanding of body and fabric movements, allowing me to create clothing that’s not only comfortable and suited to your specific requirements, but also visually stunning, complimenting your shape and making you feel as good as you look.

I have also experience in designing and creating costumes for theatre and ballet, being involved in the whole production process. In case of the wedding dresses, formal gowns, historical costume reproduction this involves designing, formatting, cutting, sewing and decorating as well as painting, dyeing and embroidering, both by hand and machine.

I also specialise in soft furnishing, handmade curtains and blinds, using light-weight and heavy fabrics, installation and construction of support.

The Combination In Textile Costume Construction Mixed With Fine Art And Contemporary Art Crafts Makes My Skills Unstoppable And Opens Up My Creativity.
